Monthly Subscription to Portrait Health Emergency Data Retrieval
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When you order your Portrait Health subscription, you will be billed for each month that you continue your membership. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee.
FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNT
Only one person can sign up at a time. After the first family member has completed the sign up process, a family discount code will be included with the confirmation of enrollment. This code can be used to sign up an unlimited number of family members. The family member’s subscription price is $4.99 per month.
